We are confident you will love Ovcio scarf. But if not, you can return/exchange it in 30 days of delivery for free, we even cover the return postage. The return postage is covered up to $15 USD for international buyers.  

Here is the return/exchange guideline:

1. Simply email us your order numberor email used to place the order at support@ovcio.com for the easy return. No question asked.

2. We will email you a free return label or guide you to ship Ovcio scarf back to our return center.

3. Our return center will process all the returns/exchange every two days.
